A list of some known / tested filaments and the corresponding temperature settings & notes. The purpose of this page is to help you choose a starting point for your temperature settings and bed configuration. Your specific settings may vary based on ambient temperature, humidity, layer heights, etc. This page does not imply endorsement of any particular vendor or material.


PLA

Ultimachine Blue PLA 3mm / 2.8mm http://ultimachine.com/ 70 180 Sticks to glass at 70°. Sticks very well on blue tape at 60°. Requires a fan for good results. Extrudes OK at 180, but not as well as the yellow. PxT

ABS

100 215 Sticks very well to Kapton tape that has been lightly scuffed with 220 grit sandpaper. Pops off with a small amount of force when allowed to cool to room temperature. PxT
