It is showing that it is center.

As you can see it is not.
I'm trying to fix it but no luck yet.
If you can help (Thanks alot), if you need any more info just let me know.

You need to specify the bed size in both Repetier-Host, and your slicing program. Looks like you missed the slicer.

If you're using slic3r it's under the Printer Settings tab; select General from the box on the left, then enter the correct numbers.

Bed size in the X direction is reduced to 210mm by the dual extruder carriage. That might be part of your problem. Z size is reduced as well (can't home X above a certain height).

Check the head position my issuing a M114 command after the G29 process completes, then measure where it actually is with a ruler. If the numbers don't match up, let me know.

But that does look like it's just using the wrong extruder for positioning.

I finally got a chance to check this out, but being so new to the dual extr. I don't know exactly what to do. So here are some pictures.
Here is the M114, X:229.00 Y:10.00 Z:0.77 E:20.03 Count X:229.00 Y:10.00 Z:-0.40
