Order won't complete / bad customer service

So I tried to place an order on your website a couple weeks ago and it wouldn't complete. Kept kicking me back to "there was an error processing your transaction" (or something similar). I know my card is good as I've used it before and since. I posted a complaint and received an automated e-mail saying my ticket number was 35099. I didn't receive any other e-mail about this issue until I got one saying that since I hadn't responded that my ticket was being closed. I never received anything to respond to.

I tried to complete my order again before writing this and it still doesn't let the transaction go through.

By the way, I see that you accept PayPal and some other payment scheme that I won't use. I have ordered parts from your website before using this same card and never had a problem.

Now, if you don't want to sell parts to customers you should just say so. It would be nice if you could direct us to someone who does want to sell us parts.

You're welcome to "vent" here on Printrbottalk, but this web site is not an official arm of Printrbot.com. We are a community of volunteers who help each other out with techniques, tips, and troubleshooting. Once upon a time, Printrbot monitored this forum, but there's no evidence that they do so now.
