New Thermal Sleeve for Extruder (PB Jr v2)

Hi, all

I messed up my (red) thermal sleeve. Is there a way to order/make a new one? It seems to be just fiberglass (fg) and some red, elastic shell-- maybe fg and electrical tape would do to fashion a new one?

The one in my (PB Jr., version 2) kit is about 3cm long and 1.5cm diameter.
