The DXF file you linked is a 2D drawing of the laser cutting pattern to create ALL the plywood pieces of a Junior.
I have imported the DXF file into my CAD system's Drawing package, and from there I can copy-and-paste parts into the Part package to make 3D objects. Once I have 3D Parts, I can easily create STL's. So which part(s) do you need? There must be a couple of dozen parts, and I'm sure you don't want them all in one single huge STL file.
