My question is how can I implement with a printrboard rev d of this:

Direct drive dual extruder (single-nozzle and single-drive), of the thingirverse = /thing:1643906
(i can´t insert link... )

some step by step exists so that it can be applied in the printrbot, and that it maintains the auto-leveling sensor.

The printrboard only has connections for a single extruder unless you use the EXP headers. You can get the extrudrboard from https://printrbot.com/shop/extrudrboard/ which gives you two additional hotends (thermistor & heater connections) for a total of 3.
