fan - structural problems

Hey guys, i just got my printrbot simple metal, put everything together and it worked, i finished the two 3mm cubes and now went on to the fan
my settings are still not good
what are (for you) obvious settings that arent fine yet? i have to lower my z-probe a bit again i think, but other than that...
it feels like the pla is not printing thick enough and the socket of the thing also is very thin
also the bed wasnt prepared perfectly... i got a tape but it doesnt seem to be as good as the blue one most of you use

what do you guys see? =)

What are your settings (speed, layer height, temperature, etc.)? Was cooling enabled?

i dont remember the exact settings for this one, but i printed out some others and i think im getting closer to a good setup =)
the only thing i remember is: fan was on, speed was on standard ...
