very small part print not sticking.

Postby jknightandkarr » 2016-Apr-Thu-11-Apr

I need help on printing a button replacement for my digital camera. Button keeps coming off. Its less then 10mm cube and it just keeps coming off print bed even though speed set to min. My filament cooling fan not working well, so turned the speed waaaay down which helped prints for now.
How can i fix this? Thanks

Also try adjusting the clearance of the nozzle to the bed. If you get a good smoosh, it should stick. Brim is typically needed for larger objects. However if your object is more than twice as tall as it is wide, then maybe brim will help.

You should look at using a raft for small parts.
