Switch Minder

Postby RetireeJay » 2018-Feb-Sun-20-Feb

When you have a switch in your house that really should stay ON or OFF unless you intentionally want to change it.
There are other designs which put a cowl over the switch, hiding it and make it hard to change unintentionally, but with my "switch minder" you have a defined default position and it's visible. Still, it's easily rotated to the side to allow the switch to be changed if you need to. It anyone is interested in the STL, I can post it. It only takes 15 minutes or so to print.

That's a great idea, and thoughtful design!

Hi boss,
That is a cool way of doing things.
Better than those ugly bump guards that set up a ring around the switch bat.

Good thinking.
