Just made some tools to help clean up the printed parts: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:871225

They can easily be configured to suit your needs, and they are more comfortable to use than X-Acto knives or dental tools. You may find them useful.

I have one of these and its likely the most used tool in my shop. It's called a machinists scraper... Image
