Hi, it looks like you are trying to print in mid air....?

I would remove the blue tape and make a new clean layer without wrinkles. You need to adjust the hotend tip to get much closer to the print surface, about 0.2mm. Follow the instructions for your printer. From your video I can see an error message about serial communication, check that the motors are moving as they should.

It seems that prints in the air, when the plastic melts and takes the hot end . I'll put it to 0.2 mm and tell them .

This error occurs only with the .stl file

You are too high. Follow the directions in the other post for adjusting your print bed and the extruder clearance. Follow cacb's advice about the tape, and get something to help make it stick to the bed. If you stay with the tape wipe it off with alcohol or acetone to get rid of any surface wax or oils.

The heated circuit boards often are not very flat, so you will probably need to add a piece of glass. Don't do that right now, since with small objects you can usually get the center good enough to fix. Once you get the basics only change one thing at a time, so if it goes wrong you'll know what to work on. Two or more things and you'll never know.

Fix that loose fan wire so it doesn't drag on the bed.
