The printer itself has no "home" button, but Cura does. It has an overall "home" button, and then individual buttons for X, Y, and Z. They look like little houses.
Very often, "homing" is part of the start-up routine built into each part. That's because it also includes "bed compensation" (G29...) Either way, your printer does need to be homed every time you turn it on. As long as you leave it turned on, it should remember where home is.
Just to confuse things a bit, Printrbot decided that "home" on Simples for the last year or more is at Y = maximum, not Y = 0. So the definition of "home" depends on the model and age of your 'bot. But the Location X = 0, Y = 0 is still as shown in the pictures at the top of this thread.
