Just stumbled across this on the RapRap site thought i would share the link http://reprap.org/wiki/Print_Troubleshooting_Pictorial_Guide :D The pictures and explanations seem very good to me and would be a great "wiki" style repository to help users track down their own new print issues

I came here to post about holes not being the same size as in CAD. Found the answer i was looking for.

Yes, this post should be sticky alright - as in stuck to the box your printer comes in. I sure wish I'd seen this when I first got mine. It would have saved me a lot of aggravation. Thanks for ointing it out!

PB+ no. 2548 (Oct. 2012) - This is my Printrbot. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
GT-2 belts and metal pulleys, x&y; Injection molded extruder gears
40 mm. cooling fan, glass bed, LED extruder lights, pilot light
Anti-jam extruder feed tube, roller filament guide, soldered bed heater connection
