If you use Repetier as your User Interface, you will be able to change the print speed at will anytime during the print. Behind the scenes, Repetier analyzes each line of G-code before sending it to the printer, and it can modify speed on the fly. It can also modify flow rate, Hot End temperature, and bed temperature dynamically without having to re-slice the model.
