Gadgets3D fan extender compatibility?

So I remember getting this when I was sourcing materials for my Prusa Build (Before I got into Printrbot stuff)

Anyway. It takes a 12V input and allows you to split the power to run multiple fans which is all fine and dandy. Looking at it closer, it looks like it has PWM inputs and outputs. I wonder if there is anything on the REVD Printrboard that would allow the control of multiple fans via using this board that could be managed separately from the plastic cooling fan. I'm thinking along the lines of controlling a fan on when a print starts and off when it finishes for the extruder motor.

Any thoughts?
