Bricked G2?

Using my macbook pro 2016 that has only usb-c ports I used a third-party usb-c to usb connector to upgrade the firmware on my G2, which gave an error and after since neither prontrface nor cura can connect to the 3d printer anymore... is it possible I bricked the G2? Can it be somehow hard-resetted? What else could have happened?

I managed. "Reverse-engineered" the PBFU tool (Electron) and found it's just a wrapper for included dfu-programmer and bossac binaries. Used bossac (https://github.com/UDOOboard/bossac/releases) to issue command: "sudo ./bossac-udoo -e -w -v -i -b -R G2CoreSimple1403.170421.bin" and it flashed. All good again, I'm able to connect via USB. Sometimes all fancy frontend GUI is for nothing when it's so much easier to just use command line tools.
